DEPOSIT Requirements

Length of Stay Deposit Required
1-3 nights 1 night's deposit
4-7 nights 2 nights' deposit
8+ nights 25% deposit

Deposit applies to final night's stay.

PAYMENT Information

Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks, or money order

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Personal checks will not be accepted

All rates subject to New Jersey Sales and Tourism Tax

RESERVATION Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 25 years old

  • Reservations held until 7:00 PM unless otherwise notified

  • Advance reservation rates only

  • Misrepresentation voids reservation and forfeits all prepaid amounts

CANCELLATION Policy

  • No refunds due to weather or early checkout

  • Cancellations will NOT be honored through social media

One parking space per unit (strictly enforced)

Pets

No pets allowed

Not Allowed in Rooms

Hoverboards, bicycles

Not Allowed on Premises

Rollerblading, skateboarding, scooters

Pool Rules

Children not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers in the pool
